Summary: Our Most Expensive and Poorest Stay The pictures and location deceived us. This was our most expensive stay of the entire trip and, by far, the worst. The so-called penthouse was inaccessible by elevator directly, had a boiling hot room during the day due to faulty AC, and a completely dysfunctional bathroom: no rain shower, only a handheld shower that couldn't be mounted, a broken bidet, and shredded towels. Basic amenities, such as hair conditioner and tissue paper, were missing. Don't recommend!
